Untamed Outfitters 30-Day Return Policy

At Untamed Outfitters, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@untamed-outfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and send them to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and ensure a replacement or full refund.
